As a former Operations Manager for 10 years, and a Teacher and Building Administrator for 15 years, Diane’s strength is in technology, leadership, and creating a culture for life-long learning. As a Certified Professional Coach, Diane coaches team members to meet their personal and professional goals. She is also a licensed Real Estate Agent, whose passion is in providing benefits to clients in the field of education.  Diane founded our Heart for Service program, helping school employees by providing a one-year Home Warranty, and a donation to an education foundation of our client’s choice.  She enjoys giving back to the community!
