Since then I’ve obtained notable credentials, some of which include a Certified Master Negotiator, Certified Seniors Real Estate Specialist, and Managing Broker. My team also consist of a Transaction Coordinator, who oversees the management of the entire transaction, communicating with the client throughout the process, keeping everyone on track to ensure all documentation is clear, concise, and timely. And finally, I have a Marketing team who do the amazing marketing of my clients’ houses, as well as marketing my team, Caswell Partners in Realty. This incredible team allows me to maximize my one-on-one service with my clients.

I have lived in Vancouver Washington my entire life and truly love where I work. I enjoy travel, hiking, fishing, camping, horticulture, and pretty much anything outside. I also love spending time with my fur kids. With my roots sewn in Vancouver, I have had the ability to build strong friendships and relationships – including with clients. My business is almost entirely referral based, for which I am truly blessed.
